About Minoo
Minoo is a community platform that connects Elders with volunteers for everyday support. It is not an emergency service.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when submitting requests or signing up
- Treat all community members with respect
- Follow the safety guidelines
- Report any concerns to a coordinator
Coordinator Role
Community coordinators are volunteers who match requests with available helpers. They are not employees of Minoo and act on a best-effort basis.
Limitation of Liability
Minoo facilitates connections between community members but is not responsible for the actions of individual volunteers or Elders. Use your own judgement and follow the safety guidelines.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Minoo means you accept any changes.
