Elder Support Program

Caring for our Elders is one of the most important things a community can do. Request help for an Elder or volunteer your time. Rides, groceries, yard work, or a friendly visit. A little goes a long way.

How It Works

1. Request Help

Submit a request describing what you need — a ride, groceries, yard work, or a visit.

2. Get Matched

A community coordinator reviews your request and finds a nearby volunteer.

3. Receive Support

The volunteer reaches out to arrange the details and provide help.

For Elders

Need a ride to an appointment? Help with groceries or yard work? Or would you just like someone to visit? You don't have to do everything on your own — our volunteers are happy to help.

  1. Submit a request describing what you need
  2. A coordinator reviews your request and finds a volunteer
  3. The volunteer reaches out to arrange the details
  4. After the visit, the coordinator follows up to make sure everything went well

For Volunteers

Have some time to share? Elders in your community could use a hand. Volunteering connects you to community in a real way — not just for the Elder you help, but for you too. Sign up and a coordinator will match you with requests that fit your schedule.

  1. Sign up with your availability and skills
  2. A coordinator assigns you to a request
  3. Connect with the Elder and provide support
  4. Mark the request complete when you're done
